Metalworker / Fabricator (m/f/d) (Welding)

What you will do

• Prepare, align, position, and tack weld metal and piping components according to technical drawings.
• Operate and monitor orbital welding equipment after completing the provided training.
• Load, secure, and handle workpieces throughout the welding process.
• Perform visual inspections, quality checks, finishing, and post-processing of welded components.
• Support manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance activities while following safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Metalworker, Fabricator, Mechanical Fitter, Industrial Mechanic, or in a comparable technical trade.
• Basic experience in tack welding and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Good technical understanding, a hands-on approach, and a reliable, detail-oriented, quality-conscious working style.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Germany is required; visa sponsorship and work authorization will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in pipework, plant construction, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with stainless steel components or as a machine operator in manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of welding processes and quality requirements.
• Valid Class B driving licence.
