Manager, Individual Dental Enrollment, Billing, & Reconciliation (Healthcare)

Location: Missouri, United States — remote work from home. Home internet must use cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

What you will do

• Lead enrollment and eligibility operations for the Individual Dental business, including enrollments, renewals, changes, terminations, and eligibility updates.
• Oversee billing, premium administration, invoicing, premium collection, payment processing, and account maintenance.
• Lead daily through annual reconciliation processes across internal systems, external vendors, and business partners.
• Investigate and resolve complex enrollment, billing, financial, operational, and data integrity discrepancies.
• Manage vendor performance and coordinate issue resolution with Operations, Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Customer Operations.
• Develop operational reporting, improve processes and controls, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in enrollment, billing, premium administration, reconciliation, financial operations, healthcare operations, insurance operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading operational teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes, premium billing, financial reconciliation, operational reporting, and data management.
• Experience working with external vendors and matrixed business partners, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must work from home in Missouri, United States.
