Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Onsite Monday-Friday in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

What you will do

• Lead strategic roadmap projects and unplanned initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, closure, and post-implementation review.
• Manage complex IT system implementations involving servers, networks, architecture, cloud services, operations, and external partners.
• Apply hybrid-Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies; define success metrics, manage scope, risks, resources, budgets, benefits, and delivery governance.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting, communication plans, portfolio-level reporting, handover materials, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate incident response, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, hypercare, and operational transition.
• Mentor project team members, strengthen accountability, improve delivery practices, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executives and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading medium- and large-scale complex technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid-Agile approaches, Waterfall delivery, and Scrum methodology.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud technology implementations, with understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or MS Project; PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PgMP certification is preferred.
