Technical Project Manager (Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate complex technical projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate communication between engineering, operations, business teams, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, process adoption, and organizational change activities.
• Create project documentation, process guides, operational best practices, and status reports.
• Monitor project performance, identify process improvements, and support customer discussions and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, project management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with data, reporting, or technical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or operations-focused environments.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, databases, or cloud-based technologies.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management best practices.
• Relevant project management or quality certifications.
• High fluency in English and fluency in French.
