Digital Banking Senior Project Manager (Mobile & Internet)

What you will do

• Lead mobile and internet banking projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, roadmaps, and execution strategies with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, deliverables, resources, budgets, and workflows.
• Coordinate vendors, third-party providers, internal teams, and system integrations across banking ecosystems.
• Track project progress and report risks, budgets, and status updates to senior leadership.
• Drive collaboration between product, development, testing, and regulatory teams for go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience delivering mobile banking and online banking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrations in banking environments.
• Familiarity with credit union and bank technologies, security, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working as a subcontractor or with vendors delivering digital banking solutions for credit unions or banks.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
