Project Manager - Banking Software (Fintech)

Location: Global Recruitment. Flexible working hours are required to accommodate global meetings.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end IT implementation projects and ensure solutions meet client needs and business objectives.
• Oversee system integrations and delivery of technology-driven solutions across business areas.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, testers, vendors, and other contributors.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources, and provide status updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including AML requirements, and promote process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience delivering IT projects as a Project Manager in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in banking or financial services, with banking software project experience highly preferred.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience with loan management, CRM, or digital banking.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification.
