Project Coordinator, Technology Infrastructure

Location: Toronto, ON — Toronto-81 Bay, 5th Floor. The work arrangement and proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of the project management lifecycle.
• Develop, manage, and control project schedules, including mitigation decisions and escalations.
• Track project risks, issues, action items, response plans, and resolution plans; provide recommendations and escalate when needed.
• Track and reconcile project financials, latest estimates, actuals, and planned costs.
• Maintain resource information for capacity planning and portfolio operations.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology platforms, procedures, processes, and governance models.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing the facets of projects as a Senior IT Project Coordinator.
• Hands-on experience creating project artifacts and supporting Project Managers across the project lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and enterprise development concepts.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
