What you will do

• Operate plastic molding processes and ensure production meets BOM, quality, and process requirements.
• Start and stop jobs, set up molding machines and ancillary equipment, and perform mold and version changes according to the production schedule.
• Prepare material blending and loading, troubleshoot mixers and processing defects, and support color and material changes.
• Install, remove, and troubleshoot EOAT and automation systems while improving machine efficiency and automation uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair machine components, including lubrication, fluid and filter changes, and replacement of worn parts.
• Train employees, maintain process documentation, participate in safety and continuous improvement activities, and provide production or overtime support as needed.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of plastic molding experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work the 3/2/2; 5-5 shift schedule and follow safety, compliance, and standard work procedures.
