Maintenance (Injection Molding)

What you will do

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, electric, and hybrid injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
• Service material handling systems, dryers, loaders, chillers, temperature controllers, conveyors, and facility systems.
• Assist with mold changes, equipment setup, machine startups, and production breakdown response, including overtime or on-call support as required.
• Diagnose failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Maintain CMMS records, work orders, spare-parts usage, safety compliance, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ability to perform basic electrical work involving sensors, motor starters, relays, VFDs, and control panels within the scope of qualification.
• Ability to follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to communicate with production, quality, engineering, and management teams to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work onsite in Triadelphia, West Virginia, with overtime or on-call support as required.
