Sr. Product Manager - Decide (E-commerce)

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, United States; office-based. Occasional travel is required for customer visits, trade shows, and business meetings.

Compensation: $109,100.00–$145,433.33 per year.

What you will do

• Own product vision, market strategy, financials, capabilities, features, and services supporting the end-to-end customer journey.
• Define and communicate customer value, product themes, release strategies, and technical roadmaps with Product Owners.
• Lead cross-functional execution with User Experience, IT, Marketing, senior leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct customer, market, competitive, and technology research to inform product strategy and business cases.
• Establish KPIs, financial models, and ROI measures for products, features, releases, and business cases.
• Manage demand intake, backlog prioritization, sprint demonstrations, change approvals, production releases, vendor relationships, and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in digital or e-commerce product development and management.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Understanding of user interface design methodologies and UX testing.
• Technical expertise sufficient to assess technology solutions and trade-offs and translate between business and technical requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, strategic-thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder-influence skills; experience managing direct reports.
