Relationship Manager III - Middle Market Commercial Lending

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term commercial customer relationships with the bank.
• Reach and maintain the target loan portfolio size within the specified timeframe.
• Contact prospects who may be profitable for the bank.
• Monitor the assigned loan portfolio for deterioration in repayment ability.
• Develop effective working relationships with Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center on loan requests.
• Advise, teach, and train novice relationship managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lending experience.
• Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Completion of 6+ hours of accounting coursework.
