Lead Fullstack Engineer (GenAI)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States

Salary: $129,300–$177,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the rollout and adoption of Devin, Claude Code, Cursor, and other GenAI developer tools across engineering teams.
• Build and integrate GenAI solutions with CI/CD systems, code repositories, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop software across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, database, hosting, networking, and user experience components.
• Train developers and establish reusable GenAI strategies, best practices, onboarding processes, and engineering workflows.
• Monitor adoption and performance, troubleshoot issues, and scale solutions while maintaining enterprise security, governance, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and advise executive stakeholders on complex, high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer on large IT projects and 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Java, React or Angular, TypeScript, and Python.
• Expertise with Devin, Claude or Anthropic tools, Cursor, AI coding tools, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI, multi-agent architecture, and MCP.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and developer tooling.
• Knowledge of enterprise SDLC integration, security, governance, compliance, developer training, and adoption.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless technologies.
