Loan Services Supervisor (Banking)

What you will do

• Supervise daily loan-services activities and coordinate workflow to maintain effective operations.
• Handle loan operations including participation loans, loan origination, documentation, funding, commitment fees, liens, prepayments, and payment-posting issues.
• Coordinate personnel training and maintain expertise in loan-service procedures.
• Ensure internal controls are established and functioning properly.
• Support performance reviews, salary recommendations, counseling, and other personnel matters.
• Answer questions and resolve problems for customers, subordinates, and other employees.

Requirements

• Experience with loan documentation and loan services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide and develop personnel.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills.
• 1–2 years of loan-processing experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
