Client Service Analyst - Corporate Mortgage Finance

Location: Dallas, TX; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States. Immigration and work-visa sponsorship is not available.

hirify.global is a banking organization with a Corporate Mortgage Finance Group supporting mortgage warehouse lending.

What you will do

• Support mortgage warehouse loan activities, including fundings, construction loan processing, collateral processing, loan aging surveillance, mark-to-market, hedge monitoring, settlements, and post-funding quality control.
• Provide high-touch client support through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Review and approve authorized funding, collateral, and settlement requests in accordance with company policy.
• Monitor queues, reports, assignments, and service-level deadlines, escalating delays before an SLA is missed.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions, problems, workflow issues, and training needs.
• Support business continuity activities during disasters or operational outages.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant mortgage operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years of proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, planning, follow-up, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Experience in mortgage warehouse finance or another specialty finance area.
• Experience using ProMerit.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and resolving operational exceptions.
