LIMS Administrator (Pharmaceutical Laboratory Systems)

Location: Melrose Park (Ruby St), United States; onsite

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the LIMS across pharmaceutical production units.
• Support global and North American site validation, system functionality, and implementation of new modules.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, Chemistry, Stability, I&D, and IQC groups.
• Maintain product entries, user accounts, procedures, specifications, and system documentation.
• Participate in cGMP inspections and audits and ensure compliance with LIMS requirements.
• Develop training materials and oversee end-user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science preferred with at least 3 years of related experience.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical laboratory experience required.
• Strong laboratory informatics and data systems background.
• Strong computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Effective English communication is required for policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications.
