What you will do

• Lead hirify.global’s Idaho water practice and strengthen its position in a significant regional market.
• Develop strategic growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and support expansion into new markets.
• Guide the performance and strategic direction of a mature business group while driving innovation and sustainable growth.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and budgets, monitor performance indicators, and lead execution of the strategic plan.
• Build, mentor, and empower a large team while supporting staff development and cross-office collaboration.
• Develop trusted client relationships, support major pursuits, and represent hirify.global in the water industry and local communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering, or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience; 15 or more years is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams.
• Professional or engineering registration and related technical experience preferred.
• Active participation in professional or industry associations.
• Ability to collaborate with office managers, business group directors, technical directors, regional leaders, and marketing managers.
