Engineering Program Director (Civil Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead operations and business development for the Facilities market sector.
• Oversee staffing, resource planning, hiring, mentoring, performance management, expenditures, and timecard approvals.
• Monitor and improve operational performance, production, service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Identify and resolve operational and performance deficiencies while supporting cross-office resource sharing.
• Enforce product standards, QA/QC procedures, policies, timekeeping, and accounting standards.
• Identify, pursue, and support new business and project opportunities; travel as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineering license in the area of expertise.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible work experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in an engineering services firm.
• Strong team leadership, coordination, communication, research, analysis, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Business management experience covering company and office financials, financial drivers, hiring, staff development, and leadership.
• Five years of experience managing multiple clients and projects while overseeing one or more teams.
