Associate Vice President - Water/Wastewater

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the planning, evaluation, design, construction, and rehabilitation of water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee feasibility studies, engineering analyses, modeling, and the development of practical technical solutions.
• Manage multiple complex projects and teams while maintaining scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations.
• Mentor and supervise managers, project leaders, and senior technical staff, including succession planning and professional development.
• Review proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and client agreements, and support RFQs, RFPs, pursuit strategy, and client interviews.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and finance while maintaining relationships with clients, public agencies, industry partners, and community leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state or states required to support project work.
• At least 12 years of progressive engineering experience, including senior-level project leadership and people management.
• Experience leading and mentoring managers, project leaders, and senior technical professionals.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple teams, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as required.
