Assistant Vice President, Global Treasury (Investment Management)

Location: Los Angeles, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee domestic and cross-border payment operations, including high-value wires, ACH batches, and intercompany flows.
• Lead daily global bank account onboarding, KYC maintenance, bank signatory administration, and online banking user provisioning.
• Support key modules of a future Treasury Management System implementation and deliver technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Improve operational controls, payment templates, bank account validation, Standard Settlement Instructions, and data reliability through regular audits.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, handle escalations, and monitor service levels and treasury KPIs.
• Lead FBAR reviews, support annual filing documentation, and train users on new systems and process enhancements.

Requirements

• 9–11 years of experience in treasury or cash management operations, including payments, bank account management, online banking administration, or capital activity.
• At least 5 years of management experience with a record of successful team leadership and coaching.
• Experience with banking products, payment processing, bank portals, legal entity documentation, organizational structures, and Treasury Management Systems.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams, or equivalent applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with custody, DDA, and prime brokerage accounts in investment management.
• Knowledge of bank connectivity and MT/MX SWIFT messaging.
• Experience with bank fee analysis or PowerBI.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
