Treasury Manager (Legal Services)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Annual salary range: $145,000–$175,000 for the Washington, DC pay transparency range.

What you will do

• Lead and improve global treasury policies, procedures, controls, and governance.
• Oversee daily cash positioning, domestic and international liquidity, investments, and cash receipt reporting.
• Prepare cash forecasts and analyze interest income, interest expense, and related variances.
• Manage banking relationships, account structures, documentation, credit facilities, and guarantee arrangements.
• Monitor debt covenant compliance and prepare required calculations and certificates.
• Coordinate escrow reviews, partner financing support, annual insurance renewals, and insurance-related requests while developing treasury staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and global treasury operations with increasing responsibility.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage risk, competing priorities, and high-pressure deadlines independently.
• Ability to communicate treasury, banking, and financial concepts clearly to leadership, partners, banks, brokers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA, CTP, or CFA certification.
