Business Data Analyst (Power BI)

Location: 100% in-office in Charlotte, NC, United States, with periodic travel to field locations

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and validate Power BI reports using data collected from field operations.
• Manage Power BI Online Service workspaces, including Dataflows, Semantic Models, Reports, and Apps.
• Develop Power BI Apps with defined audiences across business units.
• Lead and collaborate on cross-functional reporting initiatives.
• Create training documentation and conduct hands-on and Microsoft Teams-based training sessions.
• Provide technical assistance and travel periodically to field locations to support training and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent expertise.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Power BI development, data analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work 100% in-office in Charlotte, NC, and travel periodically to field locations.
