BI Analytics Engineer (Python/SQL)

What you will do

• Design datasets and deliver business insights with the Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics team.
• Partner with business leaders to develop scalable dashboards and analytics solutions using Microsoft’s BI Stack and Python.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting layers.
• Document analytics requirements, data models, and processes to support consistent and accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft’s BI Stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Python, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• All positions are on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
