Program Security Representative (PSR) II - Lorton, VA area (Physical Security)

Location: Lorton, Virginia, United States; onsite workplace. Travel required: 10–25%.

Salary: $128,039–$173,229 per year.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Assess procedures, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-up reviews, close-outs, and corrective-action tracking.
• Investigate suspected loss or compromise of classified information and prepare preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.
• Brief government and senior civilian personnel, train security stakeholders, and provide leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to start; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• At least 12 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and certifications.
• At least 2 years of SAP experience is required.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security requirements, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies.
• Leadership, physical security operations, physical security systems, SAP security, and security policy experience.
