Senior SAP Functional Analyst - Finance and Costing (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead enhancements and mid-size initiatives across SAP Finance and Controlling using an agile, product-centric approach.
• Design and optimize AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Controlling, product costing, and profitability processes.
• Configure Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Ensure integration across SAP FI, CO, MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Use SAP Joule and AI-enabled tools to automate allocations, improve forecasting, and enhance financial insights.
• Support month-end and year-end close, cost rollups, settlements, variance analysis, profitability reporting, and HyperCare deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP experience across FI and CO in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in core Finance, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, and period-end close processes.
• Deep understanding of integration across FI, CO, MM, PP, and SD.
• Experience in manufacturing or costing-driven environments, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work primarily from the Neenah, Wisconsin office.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, standard costing, and multi-plant environments.
• Experience with intercompany and cross-plant costing scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with CK40N mass costing runs, settlement and allocation cycles, and account-based CO-PA Margin Analysis.
• SAP certification in FI/CO or S/4 Finance.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools and financial analytics platforms.
