What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance stakeholders as the primary IT contact.
- Gather requirements, design processes, and define functional solutions for SAP SD and SAP GTS.
- Drive global template standardization, process harmonization, enhancements, rollouts, and deployments.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives and coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues across SAP and external platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 12+ years of SAP SD experience and experience with SAP GTS.
- At least two full-lifecycle SAP implementations and strong Order-to-Cash and global trade compliance knowledge.
- Experience working within a global template environment and supporting global business operations.
- Hands-on experience with EDI, IDOC, API, and SAP integration with MM, FI, WM/EWM, 3PL, WMS, and TMS platforms.
- Ability to lead business workshops and cross-functional discussions.

- SAP S/4HANA and SAP GTS Cloud experience.
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience.
- CRM integration, global rollout, and localization experience.
- SAP SD or SAP GTS certification.
