Native Sr Manager Innovation Leader / Technical Readiness Leader

Location: Mason, United States; requires 4 days in-office and is not location free.

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive innovative digital strategies for the Initiative Diamond Management team.
• Support execution of strategies within the team and organization.
• Participate in developing and implementing new product innovation ideas.
• Manage Stream 2–4 initiatives, with opportunities to progress into Stream 1 initiatives when ready.
• Build collaborative relationships across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality assurance, and supply chain and logistics functions.

Requirements

• Ability to identify, define, and analyze straightforward problems.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines and practices.
• Willingness to develop the basic knowledge and skills required for the role.
• Awareness of relevant external legal and tax requirements and internal stewardship requirements.
• Ability to work in-office 4 days per week in Mason, United States.
