Bill to Cash Subject Matter Expert

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for SAP-enabled cash management and Order to Cash processes, including cash application, allocation, adjustments, and remittance management.
• Support credit management and collections by reviewing credit information, managing customer credit limits, releasing blocked orders, and promoting timely payment.
• Maintain process documentation, deliver training, review performance metrics, and guide teams through complex operational issues.
• Support global and regional O2C projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and collaboration with Information Technology.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, SOX controls, audit support, and accurate financial recordkeeping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cash management and Order to Cash processes.
• Experience using SAP and other cash management systems.
• Experience with cash application, cash allocation, adjustments, and payment remittance management.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and support complex cash management issues.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with credit management, customer credit limits, blocked order release, and collections strategies.
• Experience preparing SOX controls and supporting internal or external audits.
• Experience delivering training, maintaining process documentation, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
