Billing Analyst (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, Punto Polanco, Mexico

What you will do

• Distribute customer invoices through portals, email, and approved channels for the North America region.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing documents and resolve submission issues.
• Monitor invoice status and manage rejections, discrepancies, and exceptions.
• Maintain invoice records and prepare weekly reports on volumes, status, outstanding submissions, and trends.
• Support customer inquiries and contribute to billing process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or customer-facing administrative functions.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience tracking transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Customer Service, Commercial, and Shared Services functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and invoicing-related processes.
• Familiarity with customer invoicing portals and electronic invoice submission systems.
• Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
