Senior Analyst, Transformation

Location: Remote within Canada; applicants must have full working rights in Canada

Salary: CAD 138,000–166,000 per year

What you will do

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives for assigned business functions and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
• Support integration of acquired businesses and modernization of core systems, tools, and processes.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models for customer support, customer success, and sales.
• Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, performance measures, governance, and project plans.
• Coordinate business leaders, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while identifying and resolving delivery risks.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
• Experience owning workstreams within larger cross-functional programmes.
• Strong project management, financial modelling, change management, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across strategic planning and detailed execution, engaging senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with the ability to build trust quickly and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available at hire or later.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS and/or payments.
