Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations – Dasher & Logistics

Location: Hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON, with some time in-office and some time remote

Salary: $116,000–$145,000 CAD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Own Dasher supply health across Canadian markets, covering acquisition, mobilization, and retention.
• Diagnose regional supply gaps, identify root causes, and deploy targeted interventions.
• Design and optimize programs that attract and retain quality Dashers.
• Manage supply during weather events, local events, seasonal demand shifts, and other changing operating conditions.
• Lead data-driven analyses, model program impacts, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Operations to deliver supply strategy and marketplace outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex operational areas with accountability for quality and measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and AI tools to diagnose issues, prioritize actions, and measure impact.
• Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align stakeholders around clear decisions.
