What you will do

• Define and own enterprise technology strategy across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure, including IT portfolio planning and product roadmaps.
• Lead and develop applications, ERP, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, applications, and major enterprise projects.
• Manage integrations across ERP, EDI, and external platforms while ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Drive governance, security practices, cloud transformation, modernization, and digital initiatives.
• Manage vendors, partners, budgets, KPIs, regulatory alignment, and communication between business and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and integrations, managing ecommerce and application teams, and overseeing infrastructure and operations.
• Expertise in Azure or AWS, cloud infrastructure, security, SDLC, and development methodologies.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, complex enterprise initiatives, vendors, budgets, and executive stakeholders.
