Location: Freshwater, Australia; hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze actual and forecast performance using variance analysis to identify root causes and action plans.
• Own and challenge cluster P&L performance, including trade spend, paybacks, supply chain losses, costing, and portfolio initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Trade Finance to evaluate customer-facing opportunities and financial outcomes.
• Support Marketing with innovation P&Ls, new product development business cases, cluster work-in-progress, and the innovation pipeline.
• Lead monthly performance reporting, forecasting, annual budgeting, strategic planning, and zero-based budgeting inputs.
• Coordinate financial reporting and business cases across Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another numerical discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; FMCG experience is desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Access knowledge is highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to explain key business drivers to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to business partner with cluster leaders, think strategically about data, and translate analysis into recommendations.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience with Tableau, Demantra, JDA, SAP, IRi tools such as Temple and UNIFY, or Quantium.
