What you will do
- Design and develop scalable data architectures and cloud-based solutions using GCP.
- Build and maintain data pipelines with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataform, Cloud Storage, and other GCP services.
- Develop data warehouses, data models, and ETL/ELT solutions using SQL and Python.
- Implement and support GA4 and GTM integrations for data collection, tracking, and analytics.
- Ensure data quality, governance, performance, and reliability across data solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and explore AI-driven and agentic solutions for data engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on GCP and cloud-based data solutions.
- Advanced hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataform, Cloud Storage, and core GCP data services.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable data architectures.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development.
- Experience with GA4 and GTM integrations, plus knowledge of data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
- English communication at B2/Upper-Intermediate level or higher is required. Engineering degree holders must provide a professional license where applicable in Colombia.
Nice to have
- GCP certification.
- Claude Engineer certification or another relevant AI certification.
- Exposure to AI and Agentic Engineering.
