Senior Data Developer (Analytics Engineer)

What you will do

• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for AI and analytics platforms.
• Own data products across ingestion, modeling, transformation, validation, delivery, and ongoing monitoring.
• Build scalable ingestion pipelines and transformation layers using SQL and Python.
• Design datasets, data dictionaries, and models for dashboards, AI applications, and intelligent reporting.
• Implement automated testing, validation, and quality checks to ensure accurate metrics and KPIs.
• Present solution proposals and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data analysis, transformation, and validation.
• Strong experience with data modeling and data warehouse design, including BigQuery or another cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to understand complex business logic and validate results from a business perspective.
• Experience preparing data requirements for AI or machine learning applications.
• Advanced or fluent English is required for continuous communication with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Airbyte, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD for data pipelines.
• Experience in supply chain, retail, or consumer goods.
• Experience preparing data for generative AI or conversational analytics platforms.
• Experience building business-oriented analytical reports and custom visualizations.
