Senior Medical Science Liaison (Neurology & Epilepsy)

Location: Remote/home-based field position covering the Florida/Georgia territory; applicants must live within 30 miles of a major airport and travel 60–80% of the time.

Salary: $184,000–$276,000 base pay annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits for US-based candidates.

What you will do

• Develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers in neurology and epilepsy.
• Build and execute territory plans aligned with regional and national Medical Affairs strategies.
• Deliver scientific presentations and medical education at healthcare institutions, investigator meetings, conferences, advisory boards, and regional meetings.
• Provide scientific and clinical support to healthcare professionals, formulary committees, payers, and internal teams.
• Capture clinical insights, research issues, and data gaps from the field and communicate them to relevant departments.
• Support investigator-initiated trials, clinical research milestones, patient enrollment, and evaluation of potential products and technologies.

Requirements

• MS degree in a scientific or medical discipline; MD, PharmD, or PhD strongly preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison and demonstrated ability to build relationships within the medical community.
• Strong knowledge or experience in epilepsy, neurology, spasticity, and/or cannabinoid science is preferred.
• Excellent scientific presentation and teaching skills, with strong pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge.
• Working knowledge of US legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements for interactions with healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Strong digital platform skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

Nice to have

• Clinical or research experience in epilepsy, neurology, or cannabinoid science.
• Experience supporting formulary committees, payers, investigator-initiated trials, or clinical development programs.
