What you will do

• Screen leads and meet with clients and prospects to assess life insurance needs and financial situations.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide life insurance quotes.
• Recommend coverage solutions and develop formal proposals detailing coverage, limits, deductibles, and related information.
• Collaborate with agency colleagues to finalize submissions and identify suitable insurance markets.
• Discuss proposals, renewals, and coverage details with clients while helping resolve claims and service issues.
• Maintain production reports, attend sales meetings, promote life insurance in the community, and stay current on products and industry developments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in advanced life insurance sales.
• Texas General Lines Agents License: Life, Accident, or Health required.
• FINRA Series 66, or FINRA Series 63 and 65, required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to pursue and close sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
