Vice President of Programs & Operations (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, United States

Base compensation: $240,000–$275,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own execution of commercial and government customer programs, including milestones, mission deployments, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with government and commercial stakeholders to support mission success and new satellite integrations.
• Establish repeatable processes, dashboards, program reviews, and reporting for delivery across multiple customer environments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve the speed, reliability, and security of mission onboarding and deployments.
• Translate company growth plans into staffing, infrastructure, and execution requirements.
• Build and lead the program management and operations organization as the company scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading programs, operations, or delivery organizations.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, maintainable throughout employment.
• Experience delivering complex software or software/hardware systems and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, satellite operations, or national security programs, including DoD or intelligence community customers.
• Experience building operational processes and scaling infrastructure in fast-growing organizations or startups.
• Must meet U.S. Government export-control eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or an individual eligible to obtain the required authorizations.
