What you will do

• Manage D2C and e-commerce operations across the EU region.
• Own artist and label Shopify stores, including integrations with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Create and maintain product listings, manage stock reservations, and oversee operational workflows.
• Coordinate the external logistics partner and monitor order fulfillment, shipping, and payment statuses.
• Improve customer service processes through new systems and support tools.
• Implement storefront changes, optimize online stores, and coordinate campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of e-commerce experience.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
• Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Ability to work with marketing teams, clients, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the music industry.
