Flow Lead / Central Flow Lead (Logistics)

Location: On-site in Garching bei München, Germany; Monday-to-Friday work in a 3-shift system

Fresh grocery delivery operation providing local produce and everyday essentials to customers through a network of Fulfillment Centers in Germany.

What you will do

• Monitor real-time dashboards and direct automated labor allocation across fulfillment sectors.
• Adjust workforce distribution and shift plans in response to order volumes and site priorities.
• Track CPT, SLAs, idle time, and sector efficiency to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate operational adjustments with Area Managers, Operations Managers, and shop floor teams.
• Analyze shift performance, identify process gaps, review SOP compliance, and provide feedback on labor management tools.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, operational planning, supply chain, e-commerce, or fulfillment.
• Ability to make confident, data-driven decisions in complex and fast-paced operations.
• Comfort using real-time dashboards, WMS platforms, and automated labor allocation tools.
• Very good English and strong Romanian language skills are required for daily operations and shop floor coordination.
• Willingness to work on-site in a Monday-to-Friday 3-shift system.
• Structured, proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate disruptions.

• Experience with automated warehouses or labor scheduling.
