Sr. BI Engineer

What you will do

• Develop intuitive, clear, and easy-to-understand dashboards, reports, KPI solutions, and analytics.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements specifications using mature processes and tools.
• Coordinate requirements and change management processes across development teams.
• Design, prepare, and execute unit tests for complex components.
• Provide maintenance and development solutions across Power BI, Power Apps, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with teams, clients, vendors, and other organizations on complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of Microsoft SSRS BI report development experience, including Microsoft Visual Studio.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Power BI report development experience.
• 2+ years of Azure Data Factory or Microsoft SSIS experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a data warehouse environment, including 1+ year with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• 3+ years of SQL experience, including complex ETL logic, data analysis, and discovery.
