QC Specialist - Data Specialist (Databricks / Snowflake / Power BI) (Data Engineering and Analytics): Evaluating learners through technical interviews, coding challenges, and end-to-end project reviews with an accent on SQL, data pipelines, data modeling, cloud data platforms, and visualization. Focus on validating SQL and Python solutions, assessing ETL/ELT pipelines and Power BI dashboards, and delivering actionable feedback to improve technical skills.
Location: Chennai, India; candidates should be based near the central office

What you will do
- Design and execute quality audit frameworks for professional training programs.
- Conduct structured technical interviews covering SQL, data engineering, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Create quizzes, coding challenges, and practical exercises to assess technical knowledge and application.
- Review SQL queries, Python scripts, data transformation logic, ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and Power BI dashboards.
- Provide actionable feedback and document assessment results, interview insights, and performance trends.
- Collaborate with trainers and cross-functional teams to improve training outcomes and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or comparable technical professional.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, DataOps, and data warehousing best practices.
- Familiarity with Python or R and working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and coaching skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tableau or Spark.
