What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and data models using quantitative analysis and data mining.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage analytics projects from requirements definition through delivery, coordinating with workstream leads, business analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support the internal data product lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and post-launch optimization.
• Mentor junior data analysts and promote effective analytical methodologies and best practices.
• Identify data quality, integrity, accessibility, and reconciliation issues and lead improvement efforts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and a record of leading data projects.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries involving joins, aggregations, subqueries, and CTEs.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in an enterprise BI platform such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookup and index-match functions, conditional logic, and data cleanup.
• Familiarity with modern data warehouse or lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong data validation, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing high-volume, event-based product usage or application-log data.
• Proficiency in Python or another statistical programming language.
• Experience with AI-powered agents and automated analytics solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce.
