Commercial Operation Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the local commercial operations team and manage the complete order-to-cash cycle.
• Ensure compliant and efficient order entry for equipment, engineering, consumables, advisory, and service orders.
• Manage forecasting, analyze forecast gaps, and define corrective actions.
• Coordinate accounts receivable, inventory, warehouse, logistics, shipping, and invoicing processes.
• Manage intercompany purchasing, vendor onboarding, and purchase-order shipment priorities.
• Lead Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Program activities, reporting, audits, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5–10 years of experience in order-to-cash processes.
• 3–5 years of team management experience.
• Strong process orientation, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, learning agility, and change leadership.
• Excellent oral and written English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in lean or Kaizen management.
• SAP key-user experience in SD, MM, or CS modules.
• ERP project go-live or implementation experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or electronics industry.
• Excellent oral and written Chinese.
