Focus on coordinating cross-functional escalations, analyzing procurement KPIs, facilitating root cause and corrective action, and implementing process improvements, automation, and digital tools.

What you will do

Lead resolution of complex procurement execution issues, including constrained supply, material shortages, inventory risk, and production disruptions.
Coordinate escalations between the plant, suppliers, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Operations, and Purchasing Center teams.
Represent plant priorities as the primary site liaison for Procurement Operations.
Identify supplier performance, supply continuity, fulfillment, and execution risks and elevate them through S&OE and S&OP governance.
Partner with Planning and Operations to align procurement execution with production schedules, inventory strategies, and customer demand.
Analyze performance metrics and support root cause analysis, corrective actions, process improvements, automation, and digital tooling.

Requirements

At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement Operations, or a related field.
Experience managing complex procurement execution, supply continuity, supplier performance, and exception management challenges.
Advanced knowledge of procurement operations, purchasing processes, supply planning concepts, and ERP/MRP systems; SAP is preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional issue resolution and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Ability to identify risks, analyze data, and develop solutions that improve operational performance and supply reliability.
Experience with governance processes, KPI management, escalation frameworks, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
