Specialist, Purchasing (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Review purchase requisitions and execute purchase orders for materials, components, and services using ERP systems.
• Confirm supplier delivery schedules, follow up on delays, and coordinate urgent or critical orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and purchasing terms to support cost improvement and supply continuity.
• Identify supply risks and delivery issues early, coordinating recovery actions with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data, including open orders, delivery dates, pricing, and supplier information.
• Prepare purchasing reports, improve visibility into supplier performance and supply risks, and participate in continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using an ERP system such as SAP in a business environment.
• Experience in a purchasing-related function.
• Willingness to communicate in English and continuously develop practical English skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities, coordinate stakeholders, follow through on tasks, and collaborate effectively in changing conditions.
• Ability to work in alignment with hirify.global PACE Values and comply with safety, standard work, and purchasing requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience managing purchasing, purchase order, inventory, and supplier data in SAP or another ERP system.
• Purchasing or supply chain process-improvement experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience coordinating with overseas sites or cross-functional teams in English; TOEIC 600 or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience using Power BI to digitalize reporting or improve business processes.
