What you will do

• Monitor and track inbound, outbound, sample-management, and laboratory-to-laboratory shipments across the region.
• Manage daily logistics operations with supply-chain service providers supporting referral laboratories and designated locations.
• Provide management with accurate courier performance feedback and respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
• Support import and export documentation for reagents and laboratory supplies.
• Document, resolve, and escalate process and service failures.
• Coordinate with Finance on unmatched EDI transactions, cost analysis, metrics, KPIs, and global process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or logistics.
• Fluent Japanese and English required.
• Ability to work independently, use Microsoft Office applications, communicate clearly, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays when required for logistics contingencies.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of international business experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker qualification.
