What you will do

• Produce, report, shoot, write, voice, edit, and feed news content for broadcast, social media, and streaming platforms.
• Cover hard-breaking news and feature stories with clear, engaging storytelling.
• Create mobile-first content using a phone, while operating traditional camera and recording equipment when required.
• Work across reporting, producing, editing, shooting, and anchoring assignments.
• Build relationships with the local community and deliver content on deadline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to ad-lib when required.
• At least two years of news reporting experience, depending on market size.
• Strong on-air presence, computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
