Senior Content Associate (Medical Media)

What you will do

• Create, package, and publish written, video, social, email, print, and multimedia content.
• Produce short-form vertical and horizontal videos using interviews, transcripts, and existing footage.
• Manage project timelines, content pipelines, CMS uploads, discussion guides, and production milestones.
• Review AI-assisted content, video, and social assets for accuracy, clarity, quality, compliance, SEO/AEO optimization, and publishing readiness.
• Mentor Content Associates on workflows, tools, standards, and AI usage.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve production pipelines through automation and tooling.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital publishing, content operations, video production, or multimedia storytelling.
• Expertise in CMS publishing, metadata standards, and SEO/AEO best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, headline, caption, and metadata development skills.
• Experience managing complex workflows, prioritizing deadlines, and working across multiple content formats.
• Proficiency with short-form video editing tools such as iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Vizard, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, English, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with health care, science, or clinical content.
• Prior mentoring or peer leadership experience.
• Experience with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Brightcove.
