Producer (Insurance Sales)

What you will do

• Prospect new business through existing clients, program channels, hirify.global producers, and bankers.
• Contact prospects, provide insurance quotes, and schedule sales appointments.
• Service assigned accounts and survey prospects to determine insurance needs.
• Inspect policies, risk management plans, property, products, records, and loss history.
• Collect underwriting information and collaborate on company submissions and market selection.
• Develop and present insurance proposals covering coverage, limits, deductibles, and renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of sales experience.
• Texas General Lines Agents License in Property and Casualty, or Life, Accident, Health, and HMO, as appropriate; license attainment is required within 90 days if not already held.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
