What you will do

• Develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients.
• Manage and retain the existing book of business while pursuing appropriate growth opportunities.
• Follow up on client needs, resolve issues, and train client personnel when required.
• Coordinate internal resources, introduce relevant products, and present proposals to clients.
• Submit weekly action reports covering leads and opportunities.
• Follow agency policies and stay informed about market conditions and competitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Remote work based in Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of automotive F&I or sales management experience.
